Legislation to Undo 'Hobby Lobby' Ruling

On Wednesday, July 9th, Patty Murray, D-Wash. and Mark Udall, D-Colo., along with other lawmakers introduced the Protect Women's Health from Corporate Interferance Act, the bill would prohibit any federal law—including the Religious Freedom Restoration Act which the ruling depends on —from allowing employers to refuse contraceptive coverage to women.
